今天又出现这个问题了，Apache无法启动。迅雷，fs2you，pps。。。软件都没开，80端口也是free的否则：[装 完xampp后Apache不能启动的某种原因]。但是用这个方法无法解决。所以去看了一下Apache的error log。

在C:\xampp\apache\logs目录下找到error.log。打开后翻到最底下一行记录这上次启动失败的信息：

1.网上邻居->本地连接->属性->internet协议(TCP/IP)->属性->高级 ->wins标签->去掉启用LMhosts查询前的勾.

2.控制面版->windows防火墙->高级标签 ->本地连接设置->服务的标签里勾选安全Web服务器(HTTPS)即可.

(这上下两项完成后仍然有问题，选中：在wins标签中选中“启用 TCI/IP 上的 NetBOIS”.）

参考着做了一下，果然成功！

提示：本地连接根据您网卡的不同而替换。如果是无线网卡，就要换成“无线网络连接”。
